Jacob Young is the backbone of Young’s RV, knowing the business inside and out. As the go-to guy for answers, he always provides detailed solutions and guidance. He’s been here since day one, working alongside his father, Darren, to build the dealership from the ground up after graduating from Saint Mary’s University. When he’s not at the dealership, you’ll find him cheering on the Blue Jays and Maple Leaf’s or planning the next big event forhis friends. A great leader and problem-solver, Young’s RV wouldn’t run the same without him!

Caroll Young

Customer Relations

At 88 years old, Caroll Young still looks forward to working every chance he gets, embodying health, wellness, and the spirit of never slowing down. He founded Bluenose RV 50 years ago, and it fills him with pride to see his family continuing the legacy, now with their name on the building. A true inspiration to his grandsons, Caroll’s dedication and work ethic set an incredible example of perseverance and passion. His influence is felt throughout Young’s RV, where his values and vision live on every day.

Teryn Barry

Sales Consultant

Teryn Barry is a personable saleswoman known for her non-pushy approach, making customers feel comfortable and valued throughout the buying process. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for her clients have made her a favorite here at Young’s RV. Outside of sales, Teryn is a talented singer and actress with a natural knack for all things musical. And if you’ve met Teryn, you’ll know she's an avid dog lover!

Peter Iversen

Peter Iversen is an experienced salesman and a proud native of Lunenburg. With a passion for travel, he loves exploring new places abroad while also staying active with various sports. When he’s not helping customers find their perfect RV, Peter enjoys spending quality time with his children. His friendly, approachable nature and wealth of experience make him a trusted member of our sales team.

Taylor Fancy

Finance Manager

Taylor Fancy is our Finance Manager, and she’s exceptional at what she does—making customers feel comfortable, informed, and right at home during the financing process. Her warm personality, quick wit, and love for cracking jokes help create a stress-free environment for everyone she works with. Outside the office, Taylor enjoys cooking up delicious meals and getting lost in a good book. She's the perfect mix of professional and personable.

Natasha Hirtle handles both our accounting and warranty work with care, precision, and a constant smile on her face. Royden Naugler brings over 35 years of experience as an RV tech, making him a true expert in the field. With his extensive knowledge of RVs, there’s virtually no issue he hasn’t encountered. We’re proud to have Royden on our team, as his skill and experience make our service department one of the best in Atlantic Canada. As a customer, you can trust that your RV will be in the best hands, receiving the thorough care and the attention it deserves.

Merrill Mccarthy

Merrill McCarthy is a versatile member of our team with a wealth of skills, especially when it comes to axles, hitches, and anything metal-related on RVs. He always brings a positive attitude to work, making him a joy to be around. Merrill’s curiosity drives him to keep learning and improving, ensuring he stays ahead in his craft. When he’s not working on RVs, he enjoys both playing and watching hockey, showing his competitive spirit and love for the game.

Irven Gavel

Irven Gavel is not only a talented RV tech but also an exceptional carpenter, handling any woodworking job with ease. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor make him a joy to work with, and we’re incredibly lucky to have him on our team. When he’s not crafting or fixing RVs at Young’s RV, Irven enjoys woodworking at home, building furniture for fun, and playing guitar. His craftsmanship and great attitude are an invaluable asset to our team.

Laurie Henley

Service Technician

Laurie Henley is our shop mechanic and RV tech, known for his impressive gorilla grip strength, which comes in handy when tackling tough jobs that just won’t budge. Always the first to arrive at work, Laurie is a valuable team member with a wide range of skills as he knows a little bit about everything. He’s also our reliable delivery driver, and thanks to his mechanic skills, he ensures our trucks stay in tip-top shape, so your RV arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Jeromi Hayward is an RV tech with a passion for his work and a commitment to continuous learning. He’s known for his thorough PDI inspections, and eagerness to stay ahead of the curve in his field. Jeromi especially enjoys doing demos with customers when they pick up their new RVs, and they appreciate his clear explanations and ability to make complex details easy to understand.
